DirtyDating Terms of Service and User Agreement

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall DirtyDating, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIRTYDATING DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

1. The Service will meet your specific requirements
2. The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
3. The results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable
4. The quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained through the Service will meet your expectations
5. Any errors in the Service will be corrected

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from DirtyDating or through the Service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the London Court of International Arbitration. The seat of arbitration shall be London, England. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

Notwithstanding the above, we reserve the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights or confidential information.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
